Job Description:We are seeking a Senior Resource to join our R&D team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing application support for both GxP and non-GxP applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities: • Provide application support and manage incidents, changes, and releases for GxP and non-GxP applications.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively.• Participate in system validation and documentation processes.• Design, develop, test, and document business requirements.• Configure and deploy Oracle APEX applications to integrate effectively with other R&D applications.• Coordinate test activities with business and IT stakeholders.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Computer Science).• 5+ years of experience in application support within the pharmaceutical industry.• Strong understanding of GxP regulations and compliance.• Experience in Change and Release Management, along with incident and problem management.• Expertise in Oracle APEX configuration and deployment.• Knowledge of validation processes, including the creation of validation plans, protocols, and reports.• Familiarity with AWS services and basic cloud infrastructure.• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English.• Strong interpersonal skills and a service delivery mindset.• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.Additional Information:• Candidates should be from Bangalore or must be willing to relocate.• The role offers the chance to work in a global environment within an open-minded international team.
