Job Description

Responsibilities:Support the project management team on administrative tasks, standardize processes and proactively identify methodology improvements in the Project Management Organization.Act as the process gatekeeper for administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution forERP Project Budget / Actual Cost Tracking across multiple ERP systems with different countriesPurchase Orders creation and monitoring for the different ERP projects.Project progress tracking and reporting (E.g. in Jira/Confluence and PowerBI) including preparation of status meetings that cover Risks, Quality Gates, Change management, Gaps approval, Agile Sprints, SIT, Cutover, Hypercare follow up).Act as the backup for the management of key PMO initiatives in the project (such as Cutover Management, Training, Change and Communication, Testing)Review and propose improvements of the project methodology.Act as an owner of the project methodology wiki and related documentation.Support Onboarding of new colleagues on LEAN program and methodology Education and Experience:Minimum Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science or any Science field4 - 9 years experience in similar ERP management roleExperience with SAP; Technical SAP background preferred. Requirements:Proven expertise in SAP ERP Deployment projects in a key role in the project management teamProven expertise to proactively and independently drive project coordination in collaboration with project management team.Working knowledge of project methodologies, such as Agile, strongly preferredFlexible to support European Time ZoneExcellent communication skills both verbal and written.Experience in working with international teams.Ability to work independently and diligently.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Willing to learn.Working from Bangalore Office, but with possibility to work from Home.Fluent business communication in English.Sound interpersonal and cultural awareness skills to effectively collaborate with business users and technical resources globallyExcellent collaboration skills with focus on team spiritProactivity & problem-solving skillsWe are an equal opportunity employer that values workforce diversity.
