Senior Specialist
Job Description
Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science, Information science, or similar fields Experience Level: 8+ Years Essential and Critical Skills:Experience in the Configuration for Electronic Lab Notebooks, preferably Revvity Signals ELNImplementation of new configurations in Revvity Signals ELNMonitoring and support of Interfaces to Signals ELNExperience in Application support and ITSM processes related to application support.A problem-solving aptitude and approachWork effectively with internal teams in the Infrastructure, Architects, and other technical staff on new configurations, interfaces and resolution of issues.Lead a team of support analysts in incident resolution and request management.Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and within the team.Adhere to required documentations for application support.Good to have skills:Working experience in Linux environment.Basic knowledge of Python.Working knowledge on RDBMS.
