Your duties will include providing day-to-day technical support on network configurations, installation, deployment, and operations. The network engineer will work on designing, implementing, and managing the networking infrastructure in collaboration with other IT Infrastructure teams. The network engineer will be involved in engineering project work and tier-2/3 operational support to increase the overall supportability and reliability of the enterprise technology environment. Additional responsibilities will include upgrading and/or redesigning existing infrastructure for improved performance and stability. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and people skills as well as the ability to provide professional and friendly service to users. The technician will be required to provide remote support for our users.
