In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via<a href="https://razorpay.com/x/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://razorpay.com/x/&source=gmail&ust=1660290870959000&usg=AOvVaw0ab_bX0WbaTqedmVsyWBbZ"> Razorpay X</a>) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via<a href="https://razorpay.com/capital/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://razorpay.com/capital/&source=gmail&ust=1660290870959000&usg=AOvVaw2ymFZuuzdG2i4lPyqQYP5I"> Razorpay Capital</a>). </span></div></div><p> </p> <p><strong>Key job responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and develop learning solutions and programs applying adult learning principles and deploy various learning models.</li> <li>Instructional design experience to create learning content that best fits the needs of the learner and business.</li> <li>Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.</li> <li>Conduct analysis to identify key knowledge/skills to target in the curriculum and perform post implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics.</li> <li>Collaborate effectively with business teams; Training Delivery, Operations, Quality, and Compliance, to identify knowledge gaps, and develop technical and non-technical training training initiatives. </li> <li>Ability to deliver Product, Process & Skill Based Training (Soft Skills).</li> <li>Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles.</li> <li>Collaborate with central design professionals to develop learner engagement strategies, evaluation plans, and process improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Facilitate skills training for the Razorpay X team in India to improve their voice and written communication</li> <li>Drive initiatives and programs to continuously improve the communication & other soft skills of the Razorpay X & Capital Teams</li> <li>Examine data to identify the ongoing learning needs of X & Capital teams.</li> <li>Design, build, and audit training content, using data to determine effectiveness. </li> <li>Design strong branding and marketing communication for all flagship L&D initiatives for seamless adoption.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ Years of experience in the learning & development domain</li> <li>Experience in Instructional Design.</li> <li>Experience in deploying learning content in LMS.</li> <li>Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document.</li> <li>Proven work experience in the areas of management and leadership development, organization development, group facilitation, training and training design, including experience in a Leadership Development Business Partner role.</li> <li>Demonstrate experience in influencing senior leaders/stakeholders.</li> <li>Demonstrate program management skills, including managing details, and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track.</li> <li>Advanced analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven advanced instructional design skills, including evaluation methodologies; experience with global design.</li> <li>Master’s Degree in a related discipline.</li> <li>Certified executive coaching experience.</li> <li>International assignment; experience working in a different country.</li> <li>Cross functional experience in an area outside of training and development.</li> <li>Experience working in a customer centric environment.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="gmail_default"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
