Job Title: Technical Application Expert, SU&IS IndiaJob Location: Pune Role DescriptionThe Single Use & Integrated Systems (SUIS) group is a part of the Life Science Business and provides high-quality scientific and technical support to our customers developing or manufacturing pharmaceutical as well as biopharmaceutical products. The Technical Application Expert (TAE) role with up to 7-10 years of industrial experience will be part of the SUIS team mainly covering the Central region based out at Hyderabad, India, and will provide support at customer sites across the whole territory. This is a rewarding role for an experienced and confident individual with an interest in applied, techno-commercial Bio-pharma process and manufacturing. Lead the business development activities for Single Use and hardware systems and achieving the targets assigned for the region.Sound knowledge of bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.Supporting clients in designing the right hardware systems as well as single use systems and consumables, based on their process requirement.Agility to learn new technologies and products would be needed.The job will require travelling at customer’s site. Hence, flexibility with respect to travel would be needed.Focus on business, achieving targets, generating opportunities and leads is a must.Good communication and presentation skills.Training of internal as well as external customers, making presentations in technical forums would be required.Develop long-term relationships with clients through their process and products with good scientific acumen.Support demonstration of products and technologies at customer sites.Collaboration and working with multiple teams such as Operations, design, service, automation, MSAT and cross-functional CA teams will be required on regular basis. Who you are: M.Sc./B. Tech with acceptable experience in the biopharma industryTechnical communication skills (verbal and written) in English, HindiHave a good presentation skills.Ability to adapt to new ways of working in hybrid set up.40-50% business travel.Occasional global travel.
