Account Manager- Sales
Job Description
Job Title: Account Manager- SalesJob location : Pune Role description Responsible for achieving sales goals. Develops and executes account plans. Identifies customer needs and develops solutions. Grows company’s share within the account. Identifies opportunities to partner and collaborate. Resolves customer issues. Maintains a pipeline of short and long-term growth opportunities. Collaborates and coordinates with appropriate stakeholders. Responsible for achieving assigned sales goals both primary & secondary. Develop account plans and coordinate activities with appropriate internal stakeholders. Analyze accounts and territory and identifies opportunities to accelerate revenue growth. Engage with customers/ distributors to build and maintain long term relationships through digital/F2F connect Manage the end to end sales process for assigned products & accountsResolve customer issues by regular interaction with internal stake holdersCoordinate sales activities with Specialist teams and distribution partners (Digital /F2F)Maintain an in depth understanding of the competitive landscape within assigned accounts and territoryMaintain & learn new technical product and scientific knowledgeMaintain a cadence of account management activities including internal and customer facing business reviewsInput customer information and opportunities into the CRM system & take insights.Maps regional and country relevant account sites, buyers and contactsDevelop and maintain a short and long-term opportunity growth opportunity pipeline.Leveraging digital tools to prospect, opportunity creation & improve sales conversion.Reports to management, including market & competition.Job RequirementsMasters in Science in Chemistry or Biology with an experience of 4-7 years in Sales
