Project Manager - Hub Operations & Strategy

Job Description

Job Summary:The Hub Operations Leader is a key executive role that works closely with the MBS Hub leadership to manage strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities. This role requires a strategic thinker and problem-solver who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, lead cross-functional projects, and facilitate executive decision-making. The Hub Operations Leader is expected to act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that the Hub activities operate smoothly and effectively. Key Responsibilities:Build relationships and collaborate with the Hub LT, MBS Leadership and stakeholders to define, execute, and monitor strategic & engagement initiatives.Drive project teams toward successful execution by ensuring accountability and delivering on project milestones.Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to deliver desired outcomes of strategic initiatives.Support the facilitation of strategy activation activities, change management and information flow throughout the hub, MBS, or organization.Assist in developing and implementing company culture initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.Prepare for and facilitate meetings, ensuring agenda setting, documentation, and follow-ups are completed.Draft executive communications, including emails, reports, presentations, and speeches.Support Environment, Health & Safety and Business Continuity measures in the hub. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field 8-10+ years of experience in a strategic, operational, or leadership role (preferably within consulting, business operations, or corporate strategy).Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and leading high-impact initiatives.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Preferred Skills:Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentKey Competencies:Leadership and InfluenceStrategic ThinkingProblem-Solving and Decision-MakingProject ManagementCommunication and Interpersonal Skills
