Job Description

Role:Strategize, implement, and maintain Project initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives and Customer’s Project expectationsMaintain organizational standards of customer satisfaction, quality, and product performanceLiaise technically with Engineering Team comprising of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation and Process EngineersOversee multiple project teams, ensuring project goals are reachedManage Project budget and monitor throughout the project execution Work closely with Customers, project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiativesManage project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiativesIdentify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendorsDevelop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectivesWork with all the project stake holders and Project managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the departmentAnalyze, evaluate, and overcome Project risks, and present project progress reports to Customers, Sponsors and stakeholders at regular frequencyExperience:Over 10 years with 5 or more in managing simple to complex Life Science Portfolio projectsPMP certified is preferred Work location:Peenya, 8am to 5pm We are an equal opportunity employer that values workforce diversity.
