Job Description

Job Title: Marketing ManagerJob location : Mumbai Role descriptionBuilding Brands / Therapy:Create impactful communication and campaign to build brands and therapies in the Division using an Omni channel approach. Analyse market conditions and forecast sales and market share.Implement Innovative and Creative Business Solutions to grow market/prescription base.Align division goals to organizational goals as measured by broad plans.Improve HCP Coverage and Therapy Focus develop network with key thought leaders.Work effectively with creative agencies as partners, to develop differentiated and impactful brand campaigns with special focus on Digital engagements (Multi channel Marketing)Ensure quality and timely delivery/execution of campaign collaterals/inputs/activities to field force.Continually incorporate customer feedback and macro view of the market through formal sources of feedback like research (Structured / MR driven etc.)Conduct research as per the brand need (analyze customer behavior, perception- attribute mapping etc.) and design strategies accordingly. Undertake feasibility analysis/ market research for new BD/ LCM opportunities.Develop and implement Annual Operating Plan for Division and oversee for the brand portfolioUndertake fieldwork to establish a strong connect with KOLs (6 days a month)Actively drive engagement with sales team - conduct CSM and other sales meetings to drive excitement.Marketing Manager’s work is highly collaborative. They often bring together the different functions & aligning all the groups to contributes to a success.Responsible for updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns to deliver profitable growth YoY. Closer focus on ROCI and portfolio profitability TA wise  Implementing strategy end to end from overseeing content creation to execution to follow-up for outcome follow a strategic plan for how this will achieve a competitive advantage in the market. They help implement this strategy via prioritized activities on the marketing roadmap and review creating programs and campaigns. Marketing managers own the process of building these plans, making sure creative and content are aligned with the company's strategic objectives. They also come up with ideas for future programs and campaigns to drive brand performance over next 2-3 years horizon.  People and Performance ManagementEffectively collaborate with cross functional stakeholders for buy-in of strategies to internal customers and ensure strong implementation of designed strategiesFoster performance driven culture in marketing team.Liaise with capability building team and HR on succession planning for team’s upward movement Recommend appropriate rewards and recognition to retain talentsCoach, guide and develop the Marketing Associates / Marketing Manages managers in his / her role Collaboration with Sales team for effective and result oriented executionFinancials, Profitability & Budgetary ControlAchieve Market Share, bottom-line targets, top line & profitability.Operational Budgetary controls for cost and profit management.Risk Management in accordance with inventory/outstanding norms.Allocation of financial resources in line with business objectives and market potential.Consistently evaluate investments through ROI analysis.Corporate GovernanceKey driver and custodian of organisation values – Courage, Achievement, Responsibility, Respect, Integrity, and TransparencyEnduring values – facilitating communication of the same to all personnel across the country.Ensure compliance to Corporate Governance Norms & Ethical Trade practices all across. Job RequirementsSales/ Marketing experience of more than 15+ years at leadership/ managerial level in preferably in cardio-diabetes therapy areas.Should posses a with management qualification and science degree. Good understanding of the Pharma market landscape in general and cardiovascular therapy in particular Good understanding of the " opportunity" within the representative market for growth Ability to take necessary steps to manage change and transformation process, Ability to provide clarity of direction and decisive action. Understanding of the nuances of the business. Resourceful, strategic, and analytical thinker and creative problem solver. Driven to deliver quality results on time and in a highly ethical and professional manner. Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills. Good understanding of business operations management
